Services & Packages
My postpartum doula services are tailored to your family's needs and can range from one-day support or planning to full spectrum support over the first year. Whether you're expecting in six months or already have your little one with you we can work together to create a plan that fits. Schedule a complimentary intro call to learn more!
Day sessions are a 4 hour minimum. Night sessions are a 10 hour minimum.
The hourly rate is $55 for daytime hours, between 8am - 7pm.
The hourly rate is $60 for nighttime hours, between 7pm - 8am.
*Multiples + $1/hr

Daytime hourly packages start at minimum 16 hours to be used within 1 month. Purchasing more hours guarantees my availability

One-day check-ins:

Pre-natal: develop your postpartum support plan, set up your space for baby, get my supplies and resources recommedations

Post-natal: check-in on your postpartum recovery, feeding & sleeping journey, and answer any questions that have arisen

Special event support: whether you have a wedding to attend or family visiting, navigating these events with a newborn can be overwhelming. At these times I am your extra set of hands and your advocate to ensure you and your little one are taken care of.
Full Service

Weekly support: 3 overnights and 2 daytime shifts

Return to work: a mix of day and night hours for scaffolded support over several weeks to ensure you're physically and emotionally ready to return to work
Night

Nighttime hourly packages start at minimum 20 hours (2 overnights) to be used in 1 month

First week: 5 overnights when you arrive home from the hospital
